I accepted a position that this company offered to work for them as a Maintenance Lead Mechanic only to find out that there never was any such job or position. I was only left with regrets that I ever applied my efforts to try and give something of my self for a nonexsistent job position. I was only left to learn that immaturity, decietful, discrimintory, unsafe and unethical employment practices run rampent within this corporation.
I predict that this company is destine to fail just like many others that have relocated thier business to other countries because they believe in making thier owns rules while professing to be a leading manufacture of thier product where they place thier custormer first and thier emloyees well being last by ignoring the simplest civil right laws that they protest to follow. I am left embarrassed thinking that I ever believed this company had something to offer me.
Industries I have worked for: For over thirty five years I have worked in many industrial manufacturing industries, served my country in the USAF, worked in the aircraft maintenance industry, medical facilities management and professional office building industries management.
Job Positions: I held positions and job tittles such as: Service Station Attendant, Dishwasher, Bus boy, Stock boy, Custodian, Machine Operator, Worker, Class “C” Maintenance Man, Class “B” Maintenance Man, Wall Builder, Supervisor, Carpenter, Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor Technician, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Chainsaw Service Mechanic, Fleet Service Mechanic, Building Maintenance Director & Director of Environmental Services, Facilities and Buildings Maintenance Manager & Engineer, Buildings Maintenance Manager/Engineer, Electrician’s Helper, Electrical Panel & Machine Wiring Technician, Press Mechanic and Maintenance Technician and a few other positions.
My military - Airman Performance Reports: During 8 years of military service and eight years of performance report ratings of 9.0 on a scale of 0 being the lowest rating and 9 being an impossible very meticulous rating for anyone to achieve in the military and being instrumental in Airman Performance Reports (APR’s). The rating is based on a scale of 0 to 9. A rating of “9” is the highest score possible in each section of the performance evaluation process. Each report is divided into categories related to “on the job training (OJT)”, performance, working knowledge, appearance, ability to work with others, ability to supervise others etc. A rating of 9 in all categories and a total of 9 on the overall reviews on any APR was said to be “impossible for anyone” it just does not happen. During more than eight years of military service in the United States Air Force I received eight Airman Performance Reports. Every APR I received my rating was nothing less than 9.0.
Accomplishments: During the 14 years of service in the military aircraft industry I was instrumental in being part of aircraft maintenance and supervising team that completed an estimate of over 80,000 successful missions without any maintenance related aircraft incidents.
Special Promotions: In the USAF there were four promotion positions open for senior airman to staff sergeant. I was one of 4 individuals that were given a step promotion from senior airman (SrA) E-3 to a noncommissioned officer rank of Staff Sergeant (SSgt) E-5. This was an opportunity to go from airman (worker) to one grade above sergeant (manager). This position would create a status of being called a “buck sergeant” because a person would skip an entire rank stage process. I made this promotion within a first term 4 year period based on my job performance, skill level, abilities and approval and passing a USAF promotion review board.

KankakeeCommunity College - Psychology, Chemistry, Calculus, Physics.1975
OlivetNazareneUniversity- In 81' and 82' I attempted to take a 4 year degree major in Engineering Physics. I completed my first year without any problems and held a B+ grade point average in my Math, English, Chemistry classes and other college courses. During my third semester I was taking Physics, Calculus and other a few other classes that I had completed. Just after my mid term exams while maintaining a C+ average, I wanted to keep a better grade point average so I decided to drop the Physics and Calculus. I decided to drop these two courses and take them up the next semester without interference of any time commitment to be applied to other classes because I wanted no less than a B average. I did not know that dropping these courses after already completing my mid term exams I would be issued an automatic fail for those courses. My mistake, I was not told that would happen by the college administration office until after the semester was over. I was so disgusted to find out about it when my report card was issued and not before that I had no interest in pursuing any other attempt going to college for quite some time.
