As a teacher, coach and author, I am deeply committed to helping people wake-up to their True Nature, heal, and bring forth their greatest gifts. Along with my education, life and work experience, and depth of inner work, I use the integrative body of wisdom called the Enneagram to support that process.

My book, Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change (2007), led to the development of the Deep Coaching Certification Program which trains coaches and human development professionals in the art, science, and consciousness of integrating the Enneagram into their practices.  See www.deepcoachinginstitute.com for details on this nine-month, in-depth program.

My next book, Deep Living, will help readers bring the Enneagram alive as a vital tool in their personal development and transformation.  Itis due out in 2011.

In addition to my Deep Coaching work, I am on the faculty of the Core Strengths Coaching Program at San Francisco State University and direct the Enneagram Institute of the San Francisco Bay Area (an affiliate of Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson's work).  I also am an authorized Enneagram teacher of Riso-Hudson workshops.

My personal clients are primarily professional and executive women in transition who seek to provide leadership and contribute their gifts from an inner foundation based upon self-knowledge and a sense of being at home within themselves.

From a young age, I could see a higher good in people, and ached when they suffered in ways that seemed unnecessary.  There were many years when I, too, forgot what I was on this earth for.  More than any other system of wisdom, it is the Enneagram that has provided the most hope, the most nourishment for my soul, and the most astonishing insights.  I am inspired to help translate this wisdom into practical and profound writing to support others on their amazing life journeys.
