"Every person's life is a fairy tale written by God's fingers" -- Hans Christian Andersen "Conquering the Mysteries and Lies of Grief" is a circuit breaker for the brain.

Background Information

Sherry worked with over a thousand people in the throes of grief. She designed a series of Grief Workshops that supplies the cruicial information needed to find some stability in the herculean storm of loss.

Through her own dealings with the deaths of numerous family and friends, she realized that the cookie cutter solutions offered didn't affirm or confirm a person's feelings. "Conquering the Mysteries and Lies of Grief" explores some of the more controversial topics as well as the scattered viewpoints about grief including hallucinations, anger, and the domino effect of stress.

Sherry Russell is a highly sought after speaker and workshop presenter on grief and crisis. Sherry's broad range of experience provides companies and professionals with valuable expertise. She has shared her expertise as a leading Grief Specialist, a Board Certified Trauma Specialist, and as a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stess with a wide range of audiences from those surviving a loss to physicians, social workers, psychologists and licensed mental health workers.

Sherry Russell is a Grief Management Specialist,  Board Certified in Bereavement Trauma, Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress and a Diplomate, American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. She is a member of a Suicidology Research Program, American Academy of Experts for Traumatic Stress, Association of Death Education and Counseling National and Florida Chapter, and is listed in the International Academy of Experts.  Sherry's volunteer work includes being a mentor for "at risk" teens, providing articles on mental health issues for non profit organizations, grief resources for natural disasters, breast cancer legislative volunteer, animal rescue, and hospital patient advocate.
