If you're like me, you just LOVE a good conspiracy/spy novel! 'The Bourne Identity', 'Absolute Power', and 'Patriot Games' are just a few of my all-time favorites, and it's books like these that inspired me to write Let the Truth Be Told; I hope it will become one of YOUR favorites. While I admire and enjoy many authors, I'd have to say that my biggest writing influences are Robert Ludlum, David Baldacci, and James Patterson. I love how Ludlum crafts his story and his characters and how he manages to take complex plots and complex people and make them both interesting AND understandable. I also love the great storytellng abiltiy of writers like Baldacci, Patterson, Grisham, and others. They're able to take a story and weave it into something compelling and entertaining without making the reader 'work for it' the way that many other authors do, and when reading for pleasure sometimes we just want to relax and enjoy it.
