there is nowhere to go and nothing to do - all answers are within us (in spite of what we may have been taught by others)

Background Information

My primary writing and life influences include Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Yogananda, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, eastern philosophies (Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism etc.), and many western transpersonal therapies, and Bob Dylan too, I acquired a journalism degree in the late 60's, went into private business for too many years, before studying energy healing and metaphysics and devoting myself to writing and related creativity and the pursuit of self-knowledge. Accomplishments

my worldly accomplishments are few, but then I did not come here to succeed at human endeavor

Additional Information

once awakened all accomplishment or lack thereof is completely irrelevant; the motivation to achieve, acquire, or prove oneself becomes devoid of meaning and something greater arises
