Information
|
|
Vicki Cobb has a degree in Biology from Barnard College and a Masters in Secondary School Science Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She has worked as a scientist and teacher but has spent the last 37 years writing for children. The major influences on her work is her memory of her wonderful childhood at The Little Red School House ( where experiential learning was the order of the day), her love of discovery through experimentation, and the fact that she is female during a period when women found their voices.
