My mom was my major infuence, it was like majic to see her prepare our meals, a little of this a little of that. As you cooked she instucted me as i worked side by side, each child coming in from school, a different story emerged, soon the kitchen was full three sisters and one brother, one was working on the main course, the meat, the other worked on the vegetables, the other the bread for the meal, anticipation filled the air. My one and only brother always loved showing everyone how strong he was by picking up all the large bags of sugar or flour, somethings making a fool of himself. One day Dad came home from work, the table was set, and the long awaiting meal was presented to everyone, The daily discussions began as to how each of our day was, and always a strong conversation about our school work. The entire world was discussed at our house over the Dinner Table, thoses converations has taken my siblings and i through our life, and to this day they continue with our children. face time is a must at the dinner table. It grows strong men and women as well as good food
