Writing is fun! I write hoping to make a difference, not only for me, but for everyone that comes across my writing. It's a big world out there, and it's ours to keep. There are many people on this planet, and we are all eachothers responsibility. Don't forget; you CAN make a difference. All rights to the poetry that I post on this page are reserved. Do not use any of the texts without permission.

Background Information

All I want is to get my thoughts out there and share with anyone who might be interested in reading it.

Some poems I write to show that even though life sometimes seem bad things will always get better. I think all of us have gone through periods in life that wasn't all that great and we have questioned our existence. That is perfectly normal in times of crisis. My point is that there is a way out of it no matter how difficult and severe things may seem at the time.

Some poems I write as a reminder to all that read, that we are in this world and on this planet together. We can make a difference, together we can move mountains. Paying higher taxes to go towards developing welfare systems, sure, I'll gladly do it! Giving money to Unicef and other welfare organisations, yes, I'll do that as well. What I contribute today, can help somebody in need to climb up, out of the whole they fell in, or the poor conditions they grew up in, and in their turn start contributing. Make no mistake, most of us want to contribute, but not everyone have the means to do so. And those lucky few who have the most are usually the most reluctant to share their wealth, why is that?

I have no major achievements as a poet since my goal with writing is not fame or fortune, I write poems much the same way as I paint, I create for the joy of creating and I'm as proud of my work as I would be of a newborn baby. That also means that I'm very reluctant of letting go of my creations, it took me years to get this far. And who knows, maybe one day I will actually take the step towards getting published as well.
