In 2003, I started to flirt with the idea of writing a novel. It started as just a fun, "fooling around" type of thing. It was my senior year of high school. I was in the middle of deciding what I was going to major in for college. When I found out the terrible news that my guidance counselor was totally useless and I needed far more math for what I was going to pursue, that is when I decided to seriously focus on writing the novel that was in my head.
Five years later, in April 2008, The Tento Saga: Mankind's Perilous Journey was released. I had it professionally edited and did the layout myself. The story is a sci-fi based storyline with political overtones. The main message of the novel is the dire need for mankind to stop destroying itself. I also attempt to persuade the reader to search for God in their life. I didn't write this with this in mind. It just took shape that way. During the writing of the novel, I had some life changing experiences and came to a deep faith in Jesus Christ.
Aside from the deeper message in the novel, my main objective was to write an entertaining story. I have yet to have a bad review from a person that has actually read the whole story.
I BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT I WAS BORN TO WRITE.
