Background Information

I was born with a desire to set standards in places where others had not gone. It started with athletic competition and manifested later in life to encourage others to chose dietary habits to support quality and quantity of life.

Additional Information

Bill Misner recently self-published a remarkable new nutrition book offered at cost on LuLu.com (links provided below). He presents no competing nor monetary interests. He encourages everyone to consume only those foods which enhance cardiovascular health. This book shows what foods when consumed consistently improve healthy blood cholesterols. New Nutrition Book Announcement A new book entitled, "What Should I Eat? A Food-Endowed Prescription For Health" is published and made available at cost. This is a 136-page book that details what combination of specific foods, fluids, and exercise generate a healthy cardiovascular lipids environment. The first 10-chapters instruct readers how to design a menu for cardiovascular health. Chapter 11 provides a fill-out list of specific foods and supplements, when consumed chronically, are shown to produce a healthy cardiovascular lipids profile. The author tested this protocol as a subject and followed the book's directions, and designed his personal menu for 30-days. RESULTS: Total cholesterol dropped -45 points[-19%] in 30-days, and then after 60-days, it dropped -61 points[-26%]! Such results are virtually unheard of from diet alone. Using the book's proposed treatise, anyone can design their personal menu of specific foods and supplements to generate a healthy blood lipid profile. Excess animal-based foods and processed byproducts is harmfully compromising cardiovascular health. The plant food-dominant lifestyle is the basis for increasing longevity and quality of life. Volunteers 2008-2009 who applied the book's directions reported weight loss and increased mental and physical energy at a level unattainable by their previous nutritional regimens. "Experts" Michael Colgan PhD, Caldwell Esselstyn MD, Stanley B. Covert MD, and William B. Grant PhD. have posted superlative reviews at the links provided below [*]. "What Should I Eat? A Food-Endowed Prescription For Health" is available at: http://www.lulu.com/content/paperback-book/4358066 Respectfully yours, Bill Misner, Ph.D. [*] PS: Since 1996, copious records maintained on 4 computers listed 8876 individual complaints reporting health issues ranging from Allergies, Infections, Weight Gain, Gastrointestinal Stress, Cramping, Fatigue, Blood Clotting, Depression, Malaise, Poliomyelitis, Neurological Disorders, Cancers, Multiple Sclerosis, Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke, Parkinson's, Diabetes, Elevated Blood Cholesterol and various Metabolic Disorders, etc. All were associated either directly and indirectly with a combination of genetics and poor nutrition. Of these reports, 23% (or 2032 people) received nutritional counseling, and subsequently returned progress resolutions of their original complaint. The point is only a small portion persons with disorders are willing to alter their unhealthy diets to gain health. We [in America] have the worst eating habits in the world. Many of us desperately need to change our eating habits. To promote this change both the publisher and the author have forfeited the typical profit margin in order to make this book attractively affordable to everyone. Most health issues have an association related to this published nutritional protocol.
