A new book entitled, "What Should I Eat? A Food-Endowed Prescription For Health" is published and made available at cost. This is a 136-page book that details what combination of specific foods, fluids, and exercise generate a healthy cardiovascular lipids environment. The first 10-chapters instruct readers how to design a menu for cardiovascular health. Chapter 11
provides a fill-out list of specific foods and supplements, when consumed chronically, are shown to produce a healthy cardiovascular lipids profile. The author tested this protocol as a subject and followed the book's directions, and designed his personal menu for 30-days.
