Kelly was unexpectedly faced with a life-changing ultimatum, to close her coaching business or be fired from her day job. Although it seemed that closing her coaching business was the simple decision to make so that she could keep her job, every bone in her body told her it was the wrong decision for her.  After deep reflection on her life, she realized that her job as a Human Resources Manager was out of sync with what led her to the career in the first place: Helping individuals to live the life they desired. Kelly also realized she was lacking balance in her life; that in order to live a happy life her relationships, health, spirituality and finances needed to be in sync.  So, she resigned from her job and decided to follow her dreams. Coach Kelly Speaks and Kelly’s first book, Journey to a Place Called THERE: A Navigation Guide for Creating a Balanced Life, are two of her dreams that have come true!  Through inspirational speaking opportunities, interactive training seminars and scripting related literature, Coach Kelly Speaks:
