My background is an outlet of what's inside
of me and the outcome is what comes out

Although I'm not on anyone's stage, I'm on my own personal stage.   I'm emotional during my writing experience and this allows me to reach into places that are hidden from myself.

It's almost like being on an adventure and being hypnotized all at the same time.  I think this is a wonderful freedom to be able to pull out everything that makes one feel alive. 

I'm in my own little world and somehow  the words emerge from emotion, scrolling across the screen, and perhaps taking everything out of me for just one write and the best part of this is that I wouldn't change how my words appear to me.

They say you'll never loose a pound as long as you know a good cook, so therefore, you'll never loose thought with a heart-felt writer's like me around.

I call myself a plain Jane person, but don't let  the plainess fool you because you might miss out on  something good to read.  I'm like every other writer, hoping that you'll enjoy what you read and continue to come back.  I'm like any other writer, hoping that someone will notice me and share me with someone else.  Word of Mouth is always a good thing.

Step into the home of emotion that bears poetry as it was given.  The doors are never locked, so on your way out leave a note so I'll know you enjoyed your stay because a writer never wants to be alone when they are writing

For those of you that have stopped by, thank you so much for your time spent at my home here.

Feeling love at its best when it is new and still in its original content, the words in I am are honestly just that.  The fact that one can grieve and still find love in all the right places because the heart never leaves, it is us that leaves and it is the heart that remains waiting for that heart to return. 

Finding a spray of seduction running across your lips, finding a secret that's all yours, and finding that it was life at it's best when we were'nt looking, this is just some of what I Am is all about. 

Seeing death which is apart of the last things we must do, but finding that a friend you made in him was there.  If you've ever seen death then you'll know that death comes way before the soul has left this place. 

It is the imagination that you never imagined when someone you loved never got another chance to speak the kind and gentle words you were used to and it is when this world says, life goes on.

I called this book, I Am because it is truly who I am, inspired by friends, family and strangers.

I find that the best things found are the things we weren't so desperately looking for.

This book of poetry is self-published through 1st Books Library nothing in it is perfect, but, neither am I, but what my words are the perfect fit for you to hear. 

I have been writing since I could remember, and it's just something that happens when I least expect it. A picture is captured in a thousand scenes yet people still capture, fascinate and inspire the minds and hearts of others and against the fingertips of the looker, words are born. I'd like to think that the looker is me and this is where I find the words that capture a thousand scenes.

I have on this site, poems from my new book and I have other poems that will be apart of the next collection of I Am. 

Keep me in mind and come inside, browse around, read some poetry, if you find that you like it, take a book  or an e-book home for your delight, but when you leave my place of thought let me know what your thoughts are because your opinion helps.
