An active Chief of Police from Texas. I have written three books; one is a time travel western available now and the other is a graphic serial killer novel with an unearthly twist. The third book is a sequel and has a very unusual storyline.

I was born and raised on the Ft. Apache Indian reservation in the Arizona high country at a time when Arizona was still wild. An early Army career led me to Texas and to writing. Law enforcement, the U.S. Army and a love of the Old West have all shaped me and my writing. My first book was a work of pure love, the second is the product of witnessing the horrors and comedy of police life.

My first book, Desert Sunshine, is available now at all the usual outlets. It evokes the natural desire we all have to return to a simpler time and place. It also reminds us that we can never really go home. A time-travel law enforcement western you should enjoy. My second novel, Trinity Flesh Flowers is a bone chilling, yet gut-busting funny tale of two detectives and their search for a very nasty serial killer. Nothing is as it seems, so be careful of who you trust. My third book, The Bones of Christ continues with the same characters in Trinity Flesh Flowers, but incorporates an international twist and an interesting story line dealing with
a skeleton that may belong to Jesus Christ.
