Tend Your Garden Within arose from many years of searching for my spirituality and my life's purpose. The catalyst for this book, was my father's fatal accident in 2006 in Tehran, Iran. Since 2006, I have gone through many personal transformations. I, like you, have wondered if I could face my fears and experience more joy. I have documented my thoughts, emotions, and inspiration, through poems and short articles. I am pleased to share with you, the reader, some techniques that have helped me during my journey.
To experience life fully, and joyfully, one's heart and mind needs to be present in the moment. Being in the moment requires recognizing and delving into layers of beliefs, frozen emotions, past traumas, and self-limiting thoughts. The task is to remove burdensome rocks in our garden within that can deprive our soul and body of nourishment. In Tend To Your Garden Within, I have identified some of the burdensome rocks in our own gardens that are blocking us from experiencing more joy in our lives and in our relationships. It is a book to encourage self reflection.
How do I serve my cleints?
My clients are heart centered, analytical and career oriented people who are here to change the world with their lives and work. These individuals are well liked, motivated, educated, accomplished and usually are not very happy inside. They are always busy and yet rarely have fun.
They are very sensitive and may be out of touch with who they are, and do not express their feelings. They have abandoned themselves to please others. They repress their feelings and as the result their close relationships suffer. They know their purpose and want to make a bigger difference in this world and do not know how to maneuver around their obstacles. As a result, at times they feel angry, sad and helpless.
My clients experience me a curious ally whose main focus is on them, their agenda and their success. My clients are held accountable for their higher dreams and desires.
I am an Engineer. I help you build a self-aware bridge between what is holding you back and what you want. I help you to know yourself, recognize your gifts, challenge your self-limiting beliefs, raise your awareness, express your needs and help you reach your goals that you feel are impossible to reach. You will be guided to connect with your true self and find your answers within.
As an analytical and career oriented individual (PhD in Electrical Engineering), I have extensively studied many self-discovery modalities and have lived through similar issues that I offer to help you. I have received coaching and have provided coaching which is a very powerful tool for self-awareness and finding the answers within.
