I love trees, grass, stubs and red water
You can guess well that I have got wild background, means I
lived in villages, jungles and huts, which is all true . I graduated, post-graduated and doctored in political science from HPUniversity Shimla.
The thick mist hanged around.
I dashed into the deep of woods
Where the darkness of the day
Whispered through the sharp creaks
Of the humming birds and insects.
A cluster of the conifers
Expunged the march sore /
Of wild man inside
And brought a realm new
Of images to the fore.
I approached a tall conifer to converse.
It stood firm and refreshing
As if it had just taken a bath
Of strong wind and rains’ lashing
I could see its strong stem
Elating against the adverse wishes,
Soaking the life from the sunbeams
And the alluvial underneath.
Its long arms sliced the sky overhead
As my eyes pilfered through
The slim leaves evergreen.
They make no rustles
But jab the weird silence on your face.
The mottled sky sparkled to life
And hushed up all the dreams to still.
Whispered into my ears queer words
The cluster of trees tall
Love, live and let live
And air the conifers call.
