Background Information

My name is Angela L Burke. I am the author of Hauntings In My Head A Collection of GhostlySouthern Poetry, published by CreateSpace in July 2009.

I am also in the process of working on two future poetry collections, Mississippi Moon Beams & Darkness Deep. To be published in 2010.

I am a Darkness and Tragedy Moderator on The Poet Sanctuary Forum Boards and host of the Haunted Poets Award Challenge monthly on TPS.

I am Co Founder and Case & Research Manager and Lead Investigator with Mississippi Society of Paranormal Investigators. I spend a great deal of time in cemeteries and historical places investigating claims of paranormal activity and researching history & haunting stories. I also do volunteer headstone photos for Findagrave.com and have a deep interest in cemetery preservation.

I am a mother of 4 grown children, 1 grandaughter and 2 step grandaughters and 3 dogs. I live in the Mystery filled state of Mississippi with my fiance'.

I am a retired nurse of 20 years.
