My influences as a writer have been many but the two major ones would be without a doubt, F Scott fitzgerald and Edgar Allan Poe. His style of writing was what made me want to be a thriller writer.
I have always loved writing, I wrote my first book at age 16. My father bought me a manual typewriter for my birthday and not being the most patient of people, I didn't learn to type using the 'qwerty' style. No I did it with four fingers, a method i still use today lol. I always however keep a notebook with me when I am out, you never know when an idea will come for a short story or a novel.
At the moment I am working on a supernatural thriller called 'Footsteps in the Dark'. The research I have to admit is great and somewhat scary. I wanted to do something different from the 'Glam Metal Trilogy', and I am really enjoying writing 'Footsteps'.
