My writing is all focused on helping people achieve their goal in life by addressing paradigm constraints. I have written three books all related to this subject. Organisational pscychology is central to the work I have done over the past thrity years and will continue to do so. I have examined managing paradigmic change in all manner of organisations and have also developed a process by which individuals can address issues holding themback in the chosen career.
I am now working on a new book which examines the processes by which we make decisions, depending on the life choices we make and linking this to a theology of what I call "making godly decisions".
