I am a new graduate registered nurse who is unemployed. My motivation for writing is the fact that I know what other new graduate nurses are going through since I, too. By this, I mean that I, too, have spent countless hours studying and working through nursing school and studied even more to pass my board exam to have the chance to begin my ambitious career in nursing. And, ultimately, finding out that hospitals are in a hiring freeze which means that no new graduates are being hired. I actually hope that my writing will reach a wide range of readers in hopes that what I am displaying out there will help get some unemployment issues resolved. I am also motivated because I love reading and I like to be entertaining.
