Mariela Gubero has been writing since she was 10 or 11 years old. The writing gene comes from her grandfather who was a playwriter. Although she didn't get to know him because he died when she was very young, the plays he left behind have extended his purpose in life and have undoubtedly influenced her.
Of course, love has given her much more material to write about than any other source of inspiration has; when it was in bloom and even when it was out of season. Part of it is in her book "Boulevards of the South". Available in paperback, hardback and Kindle edition.
