I grew up in San Antonio, Texas and moved to Colorado in 1997. Now I live in Boulder with my family and three dogs.

Background Information

I begin writing poetry in 1989 and was influenced by many people. Perhaps the writer with the most influence over my work is Edgar Allen Poe. His style and the subjects that he chose offered me a different take on what poetry could be.
