My favorite activites are:  creative writing, reading, hiking, movies, musicals, volunteering, choir, lector, cooking, travel and meeting new people to hear their life stories, to hear what motivates them and inspires them.

I am musical. I hear music in my soul 24 hours a day. I have sung in many choirs in various settings and believe that music, a listening heart and a great story can bring healing and wellness to the soul.  Life is a song and a dance!
