I am a conservative Christian. I try very hard to show that in my writing. In my writing I try to emphasize Christian morality and human dignity. This is true of my poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. I always emphasize the good and the love in people. Even when the story deals with a vile, evil, rapist or murder, the good always overcomes the bad, the evil. Human dignity always wins out. Love always overcomes hate. For me this makes writing truly rewarding and, I hope, reading desirable.

Hello. My name is Joe. My wife and I are originally from Chicago, but we have lived in California, Alabama, New York, and down here in Texas. We have lived in Texas for 32 years now. The Lord has been very, very good to me. I am retired from IBM and from 3M. I had the honor to serve as a civilian engineer for the US Navy, the thrill of working for IBM on the Apollo moon-landing project as well as the privilege of working for IBM as a development engineer and as a creative writer. Following my retirement from IBM, I joined 3M as a design engineer and retired from 3M as a project manager. I have been teaching mathematics for the past 8 years at ITT Technical Institute and Austin Community College. I have been writing since my youth - poetry, fiction, non-fiction.
