I am a member of my school's literary magazine club

Background Information

I have been writing stories since I was six. Many of them were picture books and involved talking animals. My first novel Alyssa's African Adventures is due this spring 2011. It's about a girl who escapes her orphanage to go to Africa where she ends up developing a bond between animals, whom she can talk to. This book was based off my childhood imagination from the ages of seven to ten.
