Bernadine Feagins new children's book, Hakim and Terrance Shadow Mystery is a delightful story of best friends in search of a missing dog. It is an emotional journey to find Shadow. “Our media company is very selective about the books we promote,” says Linda Leon, of MVP Media, “but after reading Ms. Feagins book, we knew that we wanted to be involved. I loved the fact that Ms. Feagins touched on so many powerful elements in her book such as sending a racially unifying message by. Having an interracial relationship of best friends, building community as everyone pitches in on the search and exposing the emotions of children as the journey intensifies and eventually Shadow is found. The way all the characters are woven together makes this an excellent read.
