I was born in 1974, near Moscow, Russian Federation. I graduated from two universities, and I’ve got a PhD in Engineering and a diploma in Linguistics. For a long time I had worked as a technical project consultant, but then I decided to change my profession. Aside from working as a freelance technical translator, since 2003 I've been working as a translator of romances from English to Russian, and I've already translated more than sixty-five titles. I had never planned to be a writer. But one day I met one woman who said that her mother had hated her, so she was ashamed to love her little child. Maybe her horrifying words prompted me to write my first novel 'Shame Heirs' that was published in London in 2011.
