Born and raised in Canton, Ohio, I've always had a passion for writing. Even as a child I would make my own greeting cards with rhyming poems. My mother always told me I should be a writer. It wasn't until later in life I decided to listen to her for a change. Mom was always right!

Tammy Risaliti is an award winning volunteer for abused and neglected children's organizations, whose endless love and passion for these children and her own two children inspired her to write about some of the traumatic events that were occurring in their lives, in hopes they would have a brighter future and look at life with a positve outlook. Tammy Risaliti’s colorful flair and rhyming verses will capture the heart and encourage any reader. Tammy has written over six books and continually writes while she fights to get her children back after they were taken by an unjust legal system and given to an abusive father and step mother when she relocated to take care of her terminally ill mother. Tammy holds two US patents for children's toys and is a designer of a unique line of inspirational children’s puzzles and clothing line for women and tweens.
