Background Information

This is my release, my feelings so deep this is therapy !!!

My writing has always express what i felt within from the time i was 11 this was my therapy growing up, I was taught to hold my emotions inside and not to feel in public so pick up a pen wrote my pain my sorrow and my joy and that is where i learned to cope.. Then me and my cousin started writing poems and sharing them and it became so much more we were given a gift, to bare our souls to a piece of paper
