Jaq Avetisyan
The creator and Illustrator of Heart of a Lion, Jaq received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Otis College of Art and Design in 2006. Since then Jaq has created art for Disney Interactive Studios, Yahoo Games, and Hard Rock Cafe, to name a few. Jaq has also illustrated two children’s books for Quackenworth Publishing, Salmonella: A Germ-Packed Love Story and Moldy Socks and the Three Little Hares. Jaq is passionate about exploring his imagination, developing new stories and characters to share with the world. Heart of a Lion is the first of many JAQ Publishing books he intends to send into the world. Jaq lives in Los Angeles with  his wife and daughter.
