Born and raised in the small city of Alameda, across the bay from San Francisco, my books take place in California and center around a female character and how she deals with a tragic event in her life.
After living in Europe for a year while studying Spanish, I travelled throughout various Eastern and Central European countries. My life experiences abroad and after my return to the States have influenced the writing in all my novels.
