Writing her first novel at the impressionable age of 8, Lynn Beene has been writing, reading, talking about, and helping others with writing, reading, and document management ever since. She completed a doctorate in English Language Theory and began teaching at the University of New Mexico where she published her first textbooks, grammar reviews, biography, and research work.

Background Information

My influences are as varied as my reading habits--and just about as eclectic. I write by Raymond Chandler's standard: "The moment a man begins to talk about technique, that's proof he is fresh out of ideas."
