Hello! Meet the original Miss Scatterbrain. Many of my stories are based off of many hilarious incidents in my own life. Try to guess which ones! :)


Background Information

 I am the oldest of five children and I have always loved children. Ever since I was a small child, I have made up stories about an impulsive, mixed up girl named Miss Scatterbrain.  I wrote some of them down.

      While in college studying elementary education, I took a children's literature class and wrote and had illustrated my first book. After great encouragement from friends and family, I had it published this past year! I certainly hope to share more of Miss Scatterbrain's adventures with her many fans in the future. I have found these stories to be popular with grown up "children" as well as young ones!


     Today, I am still writing stories fueled by my great passion for teaching children to love reading. I am currently about to start my first year of teaching at a private school in southern Florida. I hope to influence these children to love reading and to love the Creator who made them.
