As a child, Madison Johns preferred to distance herself from other children her age, and had been described as a dreamer. Even as a small child, she remembers staying awake many a night fighting dragons, whisked away to foreign lands, or meeting the man of her dreams.
Madison began writing at the age of 44, pounding out a book a year for the next three years and self published her first novel April 2012.
Madison gathers both inspiration and comic relief from her work with seniors in both nursing homes and hospital settings. She hails from Saginaw, MI, and resides with her husband, two children, and delightful cat Misty.
Armed and Outrageous, includes a zany cast of senior citizens led by amateur sleuth, Agnes Barton. Her partner in crime, Eleanor Mason, tags along for the ride and provides plenty of comedic relief. Armed and Outrageous has been described as Grandma Mazur meets Murder She Wrote.
Coffin Tales Season of Death, includes two tales of terror, Jack-o'-lantern and Hell Crow, available on Amazon.
