Trevor writes as T A Belshaw for adults and Trevor Forest for children. MY adult book Tracy's Hot Mail was published by Crooked Cat Publishing in January 2012, it is about to be released in paperback.
Trevor's favourite authors include Leslie Thomas, Enid Blyton, Richmal Crompton, Roald Dahl, Arthur Ransome and Terry Pratchet.
Writing as Trevor Forest, Trevor has eight books available in both Kindle and paperback formats. He wrote the first book in the Magic Molly series, The Mirror Maze, in 2009. Magic Molly book two, Gloop, was released in 2011 and the third book in the series. Magic Molly, The Yellow Eye, was released in summer 2012. The series tells the story of Molly Miggins who is given a faulty wand at the Witches Academy. Molly struggles to control the wand with unexpected and often hilarious, consequences.
Trevor's other books include Peggy Larkin's War, Abigail Pink's Angle, Faylinn Frost and the Snow Fairies, The Wishnotist and Stanley Stickle Hates Homework.
Trevor has had short stories and poems published in a diverse range of anthologies and magazines. His children's poem Clicking Gran was longlisted for the Plough Prize (childen's) in 2009. His short stories have appeared in many charity anthologies including 100 Stories for Haiti, 50 Stories for Pakistan, 100 Stories for Queensland and Another Haircut.
In 2012 his short stories were published in the Deck The Halls anthology, The Best of Friday Flash, and The Best of Cafe Lit.
The author is currently working on a new adult novel, Tracy's Celebrity Hot Mail and a new children's book, The Duck Pond Lane Detectives.
