I grew up in a small Southeast Missouri town, where life moved at a slower pace. This is where a good portion of my novels are either centered or drawn from. I grew up with a love of literature from Jane Austen to Judy Blume, Charles Dickens to Dr. Suess, and all the in-betweens. Because of the love I have for reading, it seemed a natural desire to want to write, and so I did.

 As a patriotic individual, my novels give tribute to those who serve this great nation of ours and willing offer themselves to defend freedom. Each of my novels has a character that is in one of the branches of the Armed Forces. This is a small and humbling way for me to express my thanks for all the men and women who serve.

My novels are love stories. I write them to be relatable to the reader, to have a connection with the characters. Some of my characters you will love, and some, you will hate. They will take you through the ups and downs of their lives, make you laugh, make you cry, and in the end leave you satisfied.
