Writing monastic mystery books allows me the freedom to move beyond publishing in the scientific journals which I enjoy but confines me to working within scientific parameters. Mystery books allow me to heal and the "bump someone off" all in one book! They also are a way in which I can personally process and share my real life experiences, especially material from my trips monasteries and hospitals in Asia.

Gratefulness
Inspired by Brother David Stenidl-Rast, OSB, this site kindles the flame of gratefulness that can sometimes fade in our fast-paced and stressful world. Thus, we are lead to greater peace.
