Scott Pomfret and Scott Whittier (a.k.a. Scott&Scott) wrote the book on gay romance -- literally. Founded in Boston in 2003 at the height of the debate over same-sex marriage in Massachusetts and dubbed 'the new romantics' by the Boston Globe, Romentics is the only line of contemporary Harlequin-style romance novels for gay men. Romentics authors Pomfret and Whittier are real-life lovers, whose own tale could fill the pages of a romance novel. From out of the closet to all the unique elements of gay culture, Romentics follows a not-so-straight path to happily ever after. For romantics of all kinds. Check out the whole Romentics line: Nothing Personal (our newest book -- a red-state gay romance); Spare Parts; Hot Sauce; Razor Burn; and Nick of Time. In June we will publish our latest -- a happy-ending version of the Romeo&Juliet/West Side Story story that takes place in a contemporary gay resort town.
