William E. Darke hails from England originally. While he has published in non-fiction, his passion is for fiction, especially stories about time travel. Darke's first published novel, Echoes, is set in Wales where he lived for eight years. The story runs the gamut of the supernatural, Celtic mythology and the origins of photography, with liberal doses of love and humor thrown in.

I actually hold a Ph.D. in atmospheric physics, though most people who know me find this hard to believe. Good grief, I find it hard to believe myself sometimes! Of course, holding the title of "doctor" means that I receive regular inquiries from people who suffer from rheumatism, lumbago, flu, and various strange allergies too numerous to mention.

Amazon is offering only the audio version of the book. Sadly, the publisher of the trade paperback and eBook versions does not use Amazon to market its releases, because of the large discount involved.
