Background Information

Born in Ohio, raised in San Francisco, educated at NYU, Berkeley, and points south, I started writing at 16 years old. My early influences were the modern era classics beginning in the 1880's and ending with Ken Kesey's "Sometimes a Great Notion". Also, in an often dark and uncertain world, I have found one thing to be true: I love my son Zac who is in the photo with me!
