Background Information

Lorene Robbins is the pseudonym for a husband and wife writing team. They live the DFW Metroplex, with assorted animals. Their two adult daughters live nearby. Determined skeptics, they do not believe in ghosts, goblins or things that go bump in the night. They are the authors of The Dead Detective, the first in a planned series about a dead pawnbroker who comes back as a ghost to solve his own murder. Although the book was inspired by the movie, Ghost, it has its own unique elements.

Accomplishments

We're just thrilled to be able to finish a book while holding down 40+ hour a week jobs and raising two kids!
