My passion for writing came at the age of eight when I created my first novel, THE MYSTERY OF THE WASHING MACHINE, for fifth-grade English in Lakewood, Colorado. I continued writing as I moved up the corporate ladder in banking and aerospace writing policy and procedure manuals, user guides and training manuals for departmental use. I retired as a Subcontract Administrator when I moved to Phoenix, at which time I began exploring my creative passions for acting and writing. My love of people and fascination with history led me to make my first public book about a true-life local legend, the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine of Arizona.
Rather than melt during the summer, I enjoy retreating to the mountains of Arizona or Colorado with my husband of 29 years to fish, visit family and friends and simply chill.
