I've worked as a graphic designer (I love to design book covers), magazine art director, associate pastor, school principal, advertising executive, ad copywriter, and now book publisher. I'm very involved in identifying and communicating wisdom principles as they relate to one's personal life and business/career. I consider the principle of valuing other people to be the highest form of wisdom. My relationship to God and my wife and family are my highest priorities, but I also enjoy helping others to discover their purpose in life and helping them to develop their gifts. The greatest influence in my life has been the Bible and dear friends who have demonstrated Christ's love.

I've published over 200 books in my publishing career and my own book, The Little Book of Business Wisdom, is a bestseller (over 10,000 copies sold).

I'm currently working on a novel, with my wife, about the seven pillars of wisdom (see Proverbs 9:1). I'm also working on a marketing book for Christian authors. I've just begun gathering stories for a new book, Extreme Makeovers of the Heart. My wife and I are also working on a gift book, A Walk on the Beach.
