I have always valued communication as the most important basic human need. This led me to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I helped people who had difficulty communicating. At first I thought this was my calling and spent 21 years in this field. I soon discovered I could use my knowledge of communication to train sales personnel, mentor employees and assist the corporate population in verbal and non-verbal communication.While attending a coaching seminar in 1998, I realized my dream of coaching others to achieve their full potential. That same year I founded Comprehensive Coaching, through which I coach clients ranging from business executives to stay-at-home moms. I help them to see through the clutter to realize what they really want, and to achieve it.

As a sales and marketing professional, I quickly rose to become number one in national sales. As an executive within the rehabilitation industry, I created one astounding success after another, such as developing a $23 million dollar revenue base in a short three year time span. As a coach, I developed a highly successful personal and business coaching practice. I coach a variety of clients ranging from CEOs to small business owners to professionals. Shortly after launching this very successful coaching practice, I founded Comprehensive Coaching U, the Professionals Coach Training Program for people who want to become coaches or learn coaching skills.
I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior, a Master of Science, Speech-Language Pathology and Bachelor of Arts, General Studies and am a Professional Certified and Master Certified Coach. I am affiliated with Coach University and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

As the author of the recently published book "Work Yourself Happy", I am giving keynote speeches, hosting adventure retreats and providing seminars on "Work Yourself Happy" for individuals and organizations around the world.
