Michelle’s journey began years ago with designing and producing fashion shows.  She then started the Bless the Youths Foundation in 2005.   An After school empowerment program and Basic Financial education awareness training, which provides support and training in specific areas to help the youths, stay off the streets and away from the guns and crimes. While planning shows to raise funds for the organization, Michelle is now working on a series of books that teaches Basic Financial Literacy to children at an early age.  She believes that debt and finance are two very important aspects of life! Yet not taught, and they are not being taught in the school system.  With most parents in debt themselves, because of lack of knowledge. Parents are not able to teach their children the basic fundamentals that will allow them a brighter future financially.  She has also written and self published a poetry book, inspired by her life, called me myself and I available November 2006.
