Born in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. Married high school sweetheart, Donald Dull. Graduated UMKC. Spent 27 years in foreign service, lived in many countries, had two sons and two daughters. Don passed on and I now live and write in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii--and yes, it is part of America! I've taught in many international schools. I've also evangelized tribes in Thailand and taught English in Bangladesh.  Wonder why my name is "Masters" but I married a "Dull?" And where did the "Olelo" come from if I was born in Kansas City? LULLABY MOON received the Po'okela Ka Palapala award for best children's book published in Hawaii in 2002. THE
ROYAL WAKER-UPPER was a nominee for the same award a year later.
FOOTLOOSE THE MONGOOSE AND THE JUMPING FLEA and LULLABY MOON have both made the Best Seller list in Hawaii.
Had 17 books published by royalty-paying publishers and one children's e-book venture into self-publishing. (THE DRAGON WHO STOLE THE HOLIDAYS).
