Rip Gerber began writing thrillers before attempting the Navier-Stokes equation, which he still hasn't cracked. He has served as CMO for two public software companies, built a polymer plant and spied for the CIA. Rip has a chemical engineering degree from Virginia, an MBA from Harvard, but no MFA. My long-term artist goal is to work with Jerry Bruckheimer on the Richard Feynman story. Until then, I enjoy writing about science killing off tens of millions of people in a snap. When I'm feeling down, I like read macabre textbooks, from Charles Darwin to Stephen King.
