As an attorney by profession, an education consultant and specialist by fate, and a mother of two young children, Sylvia Steverson has many things to offer to people all across the board.
As a mother, she often found herself in the dilemma what to feed her children for breakfast or lunch, dinner. She often called her friends and relatives to find out what they were cooking for that day. Then she would try some of the recipes she got, and dismiss others. As time passed by, she started to have a collection of recipes that her children liked, that were fast and easy to prepare, and most importantly had great taste.
So, she put together a menu for her children, wrote in the recipes and fed her children accordingly. By this time, she had her friends and relatives calling her to find out what she was cooking regularly. So, she decided to put together this book of recipes and menus to help other parents feed their children healthy and nutritious meals from morning till night.
