Shery Ma Belle Arrieta-Russ writes nonfiction and poetry. She is the founder of The e-Writer's Place, developer of popular e-mail courses for writers at WritingBliss.com, Web designer, Internet development consultant and creator of WriteSparks!(tm) software for writers.
She authored the book, Weekly Writes: 52 Weeks of Writing Bliss! (Filbert Publishing, March 2004). Weekly Writes was originally an e-mail course, a spinoff of the popular Daily Writes: 31 Days of Writing Bliss!
Shery is a contributing author in Moira Allen’s WRITING.COM: Creative Internet Strategies to Advance Your Writing Career (2nd Edition/Allworth Press) and her story appears in the uplifting anthology, A Cup of Comfort for Inspiration (Adams Media, Corp.), edited by Colleen Sell.
She and her husband, David, own and manage several sites including CreativeWritingPrompts.com, WritingBliss.com, JournalSparks.com, ScatterMall.com, blog.forwriters.org, WebMarketingSpecialists.com, TimeWithKids.com, ArticleResponder.com, BooksAboutWriting.com, SharingGod.org, BibleStoriesForKids.org and writersonthe.net, among others.
Shery is enrolled in an MBA program. She also developed a Web journalism course for college students and teaches it at the Adventist University of the Philippines.
She finally learned how to cook when she turned vegan in January 2003. Her spinster days ended when on May 21, 2004, six weeks before her 28th birthday, she married her best friend of 7 years.
