I'm a native of New Orleans, and I love my beautiful home town. Growing up in that enchanting city in the 30 and 40's before World Warll was so much fun. Growing up I also heard some wonderful stories of my hometown, and I always knew that some day I would write something about that city, and I have. I've written a book titled A WORLD OF HIS OWN - IN THE LAND OF THE CREOLES. The story is set in 1809 and covers an eight year period. I married a career Naval Officer and have three children and six grandchildren.
