"Most times when the spirit sighs, the only way to let it out to the probably less sensitive world is through quanta of intense and compressed expressions...later to be unrolled like into a spread of paper rim or a scroll of scribed scripture." - Kunle H. AGE
Fluids thicken into flesh and bones
And the happy day comes with the new
Treasure bio-box, soft and sealed, life begets life and
Age fortifies
Vigor and innocence solemnizes in to potentials,
Unripe, unseen, but soon as forces find expression
In the bulging body like flowers at sunrise,
Age beautifies
Currents rage in the veins: vanity!
Deception rises as though, absolutely,
Age qualifies
But cultures, pressures and nature
Contest to mar or make beyond luck: caution,
Age modifies!
Pleasures and pains invent new burdens
As life beget life, structures loosen up; tissues,
Muscles and ligaments retire into modest desire,
Dreading the murderer as presumed ‘til proven innocent
Age crucifies
Deeds and creeds create a crown of name:
Fame and shame- if life be a race or game
Who is to blame? Perhaps at last, even at death
Age glorifies
Coming Up with a new book to address the issue of Violence and Peace.
